Interactive lecture on stress management held

JAMMU, Apr 15: An interactive lecture on stress management was organized by GCW, Parade in collaboration with Art of Living Foundation.
The talk was attended by the Principal of the College, Dr Hemla Aggarwal, and the members of Art of Living Foundation, Ajay Kapoor, Delair Singh, Tejasvi Gupta, Rahul Sharma, Bhushan and Meenu Bandral. The faculty members of the college were also present on the occasion.
The speaker of first session, Rohit Ranjan, de-stressed the audience in a   very light way. He informed the students about how to be successful in life without taking stress. According to him success in life depends upon one’s attitude and enthusiasm.
He also stressed upon importance of concentration in studies. With the help of certain games, he checked the concentration level of students.
Another speaker of the session, Carlo also shared her experiences, and advised the students to attend the basic course of Art of Living.
In second session Sumit Yadav interacted with the students and informed them about soft skills and domain knowledge. He made them aware of the importance of these two skills in becoming a successful person.
