Inter-School Kho-Kho Tournament commences

JAMMU, Nov 26: Two days Inter-School U-17 Girls Kho-Kho Tournament, being conducted by Kreeda Bharti J&K commenced at Bhargav Public School Gadhigarh, here today.
On the occasion, SDM Jammu South was the chief guest, who interacted with the players and wished them good luck. Spokesperson BJP Ashok Kumar Khajuria, Naib Tehsildar Satish Kumar Sharma and Co-convener Refugee Cell BJP J&K were the guest of honour.
Principal of Bhargav Public School Gadhigarh Vikas Sharma, who is also Treasurer of Kreeda Bharti J&K was also present on the occasion.
President Kreeda Bharti J&K Shiv Kumar Sharma who is also President of J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association presented the welcome address and threw light on the importance of Kreeda Bharti for the development of sports in India.
In the inaugural tie, Bhargav Public School defeated JK Model School Rani Bagh by 9-8 points.
Dr Sanjogita Soodan Vice President of Kreeda Bharti J&K conducted the proceeding of the event and Sunil Sharma along with Dolly Sharma officiated the match and were assisted by Angat Singh for scoring purpose. In the end, Secretary Kreeda Bharti J&K Rajesh Chander Vaid presented the vote of thanks.
