Inter-School Competitions of Pancheri, Babey Zones held

UDHAMPUR, May 5: Zonal Level Inter-School Competitions of Pancheri and Babey Zones were held at Govt HSS Pancheri and HSS Khoon, here today.
The Inter-School Competitions in the disciplines of Kabaddi, Kho-Kho and Athletics for under-14 and under-17 girls concluded at HSS Pancheri, today.
Around 90 girls drawn from 6 schools of the zone participated in the Competition. The Competions were organized under the supervision of ZPEO Pancheri, Pawan Kumar.
In Kabaddi under-14 girls, GMS Pancheri thrashed GMS Meer by 27 points, while in Kabaddi Under-17 girls, Govt HS Panjar outplayed HSS Pancheri by 8 points.
In Kho-Kho under-17 girls, GHSS Lander defeated GHS Panjar by 6 points, while in Kho-Kho Under-14 girls, GMS Meer defeated HS Panjar by 10 points.
The gold medals in Athletics went to Mamta Devi, Vijay rani, Tosha Devi, Priya Devi, Anjali Devi and Nishu Devi.
At HSS Khoon, the Competitions were held under the supervision of Suresh Kumar, ZPEO Babey, while the Competitions in boys category were declared open by Principal Dharam Paul Sharma on the other day and Naib Tehsildar, Shankar Dass was the chief guest in the girls category competitions today.
In Kabaddi Under-17 boys, HSS Khoon defeaed HS Sundla, while in Kabaddi Under-14 boys, Bhagwati Public School Raipur defeated GMS Sandroo. In Under-14 boys Kho-Kho, GMS Nakki trounced GMS Jakhano.
