JAMMU, Mar 29: The State Government today ordered ban on inter-division and inter-district cadre transfers.
A Circular No. 16-GAD of 2017 issued today by the Government called upon all Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments to adhere to the provisions of SRO 343 of 2004 and don’t issue any order transferring employees from one district or divisional cadre to another district or divisional cadres.
Commissioner/Secretary to Government, General Administration Department, Khurshid Ahmad issued the order today.
