All India Hindi Writers’ Conference concludes

JAMMU, Dec 27: On the concluding day of All India Hindi Writers’ Conference, two paper reading sessions were held.
Dr Beena Budki, Dr Pushpinder Kumar Sharma, Dr Satish Vimal, Prof BB Sharma, Neeru Sharma, Prof Chanchal Dogra and Dr Gauri Shankar Raina were amongst the panelists while Dr Sapna presented her research paper on the topic ‘Jammu Kashmir Mein Anuddit Kavita: Samkaaleenta Avm Saarthakta’ and Dr Neelam presented her topic ‘Jammu Kashmir Ka Hindi Upnyas: Samkaaleenta Avm Saarthakta’ in the first paper reading session.
In the second session Dr Mukesh presented her paper on the topic ‘Jammu Kashmir Ki Hindi Kahani: Samkaaleenta Avm Saarthakta’. Both the sessions were followed by a healthy discussion.
In the concluding session a poetic symposium was also organized and Dr Satish Vimal, Dr Beena Budki and Dr Pushpinder Kumar Sharma were in the presidium and the poets who participated include Nida Nawaz, Dr Pushpinder Kumar Sharma (Delhi), Manmohan Gupta (Rajasthan), Rajesh Hajela (Farookhabad), Ragini Tripathi (Ahmedabad), Ustad Vijay Gurdaspuri (Delhi), Dr Gauri Shankar Raina (Delhi), Dr Ashok Bairagi (Sonipat), Dr SK Gautam(Agra) and many others.
The speakers who spoke in the said sessions highlighted the issues related to the literature being written in Hindi in J&K. It was observed that the short story of the State in Hindi and other creative fields have touched all the contemporary issues and also compete the literature of the contemporary languages in respect to the form and contents.
The proceedings of the first session were conducted by Rita Khadyal, Assistant Editor, Dictionary and the vote of thanks was presented by Dr Arvinder Singh Amn, Additional Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages.
