India, China hold border personnel meet in Nathu La

NEW DELHI: Amid the Dokalam standoff, Army personnel from India and China today are understood to have held a meeting at Nathu La mountain pass in Sikkim.

The face-off between armies of the two countries at the India-Bhutan-China tri-junction in Dokalam figured in the border personnel meeting (BPM), a source said.

The BPM set up was launched by both countries to sort out local issues and ensure peace and tranquility along the sensitive border. (AGENCIES)
