SRINAGAR, July 26: The Government today enjoined upon all the Administrative Secretaries for strict adherence to Rule 308-A of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly and ensure proper implementation of directions/ recommendations given by the Committees and submit the Action Taken Reports of their departments to the Legislative Assembly under an intimation to the General Administration Department.
The orders have been issued in pursuance to the Legislative Assembly Secretariat Srinagar’s communication. It has been reiterated that the Government is bound to implement the recommendations contained in a report/interim report within six months from the date of presentation of such reports in the House.
