DODA, Mar 14: Gandoh police busted illicit liquor manufacturing racket and arrested three persons.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Gandoh police station conducted raid in houses at village Darie and recovered the utensils to manufacture illicit liquor.
Police also arrested three persons, who have been identified as Des Raj, Naresh Kumar and Punjab Singh, all residents of village Darie, Tehsil Gandoh.
A case under FIR Number 18/17 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered against the accused at police station Gandoh and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Gandoh Inspector Tahir Yousuf Khan made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Gandoh Sunny Gupta and SSP Doda Mohammad Shabir.
