Srinagar, Apr 25: Inspector General of Police, Kashmir, Abdul Ghani Mir today issued orders of promotion to 140 Assistant Sub-Inspectors to the rank of Sub-Inspectors.
Departmental Promotion Committee had cleared 199 Assistant Sub-Inspectors who were brought to the promotion list E. The Inspector General of police today ordered the promotion of 140 ASIs to the next rank of Sub-Inspectors.
