IG CRPF, Australian HC call on Governor

JAMMU, Nov 24: Kuldeep Dhar, IGP CRPF, called on Governor N N Vohra, here at the Raj Bhavan today and briefed the latter about the obtaining security environment.
The Governor spoke to Dhar about certain issues relating to internal security management and the need for enhanced surveillance on all fronts.
Patrick Suckling, Australian High Commissioner to India also called on Governor N.N. Vohra. He was accompanied by Jenny Grant Curnow, Counsellor.
The Governor discussed with Ambassador Suckling the high potential of Australian companies establishing commercial ventures in J&K, specially in the arenas of sheep farming for superior meat and wool development, dairy farming and production of cheese and milk products, poultry and fish farming, fruit grading, sampling and processing units etc.
The Governor also pointed out to the rich possibility of Australian experts assisting the establishment of vocational education and training enterprises in the State.
