Hundreds obtain benefit of medical camp

Srinagar, Mar 17: Army today said over 600 people of Arihal village and other adjacent areas of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district benefitted from a day-long medical camp that was jointly organised today by civil administration and Army.
A defence spokesman said a team of medical specialists from the army and civil doctors and paramedics worked together and rendered advice, care and treatment besides the free distribution of medicines. “Seeing the high turnout of womenfolk, the lady doctors also gave tips on general health issues of personal hygiene, small family norms, maternal and child care,” he added.
