UDHAMPUR, May 12: Some thieves struck a house at Sayal Sallan in Udhampur and decamped with cash, gold ornaments and other house hold articles.
Burglary took place in the house of Mast Ram, son of Munshi Ram of Sayal Sallan when all the family members had gone to attend a function last night.
The matter came into light when the family members returned home today and found their house burgled. Locks of the doors and almirahs were broken and cash besides other items were found stolen.
On being informed, Udhampur Police had registered a case in this connection and started investigation.
