RAJOURI, Feb 23: Some unknown thieves barged into the house of a Government teacher at village Doba in tehsil Sunderbani and decamped with some gold and other house hold items last night.
Police said the theft took place during last night when owner Suraj Pal Sharma (teacher) had gone to attend a marriage function to another village. There was no one at home. Thieves broke opened the main door and entered the house. They stolen some gold, cash and house hold items including LPG cylinder, Gas stove and some electronic goods.
The family came to know about the theft in the morning and informed police. The police party from Sunderbani reached the spot and started investigation.
