JAMMU, Jan 29: Bagh-e-Bahu police arrested a hotel owner under Essential Commodities (EC) Act.
As per police sources, a team from Bagh-e-Bahu police station conducted raid in a hotel and recovered one domestic cylinder, being used to cook food.
The police team arrested the hotel owner, who has been identified as Deep Kumar, son of Babu Ram of Sarore, Bari Brahmana, at present Bagh-e-Bahu.
A case under FIR Number 9/17 under Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act has been registered at Bagh-e-Bahu police station and investigation started.
