Honda Siel launches Customer Care Programme

JAMMU, May 13: For the first time, Honda Siel Power Products Ltd has launched Customer Care Programme (CCP) in J&K State.
The company has launched toll free number 1800112323, where customer can get information about sale and service requirement.
The Customer Care Programme was launched by the Company’s Japanese President, Y Tida, who along with Vice President V K Upreti; Service Advisor H. Nakano and J&K Area Manager Ravi Tandon visited Magam, Kunzer and Srinagar where they also met Honda Power Products users.
Y  Tida said that Honda Company was  number 1 Power Products Company of India,  which not only gives best environment friendly and meet the environment norms of Indian Government. He also said that due to Customer Satisfaction & Customer Care Programme, Honda is most popular all over the world.
“Honda is not only manufacturing Gensets but its agriculture products i.e water pumps; Tillers Brush Cutter and Lawn Mowers are having more than 90 percent  market share in J&K due to best quality after sale services,” he added.
