JAMMU, Mar 5: Hiranagar Volleyball Club and Akhnoor Youth Club registered emphatic wins against their opponents in the Volleyball and kabbadi events to clinch the title trophies of the ongoing JKS Range level Sports Festival, organized by Range Police Headquarters Jammu under Civic Action Programme (CAP) at Police Gulshan Ground, here.
The Festival is being organized under the overall supervision of Rafiq-Ul-Hasan, DIG Jammu whereas the coordinator of the event is Rajesh Gill, Chief Prosecuting Officer and Member Sports Council Jammu.
Earlier, in the Volleyball final, Hiranagar Club defeated GHSS Pargwal by 3-2 (25-23, 20-25, 20-25, 25-23 and 17-15).
The final match was officiated by Jagjeet Singh, Amit Sharma, Sahil Jamwal and Imtiaz Samad.
In the Kabbadi final, Akhnoor Youth Club drubbed Hiranagar Club by 18 (35-17) points.
The final match was officiated by Jasdev Singh and Vishal Singh.
The Prize distribution function of all events will be held tomorrow at Gulshan Ground, Jammu at 3 pm.
