JAMMU, Nov 30: Sahodaya Inter-School Football Tournament Under-14 was organized at Heritage School, Sainik Colony, which concluded, here today.
A total of 20 teams participated in the 4-days event played in the knockout format.
3rd position was bagged by Heritage School, who won the match against MHAC Nagbani by 1-0.
In a closely contested final, the winner defeated BSF Senior Secondary School, Paloura by a margin of two goals to one (2-1).
JS Dhami, Principal, Heritage School thanked the chief guest, KC Mehta, Principal, APS, Akhnoor for his gracious presence and distributing the medals to the winning teams.
JS Dhami presented the school mementoes to the invited guests.
The football coaches Tanpreet Singh Bagga (NIA), Chandan Kumar and Sanju Jangral were also felicitated in the award ceremony.
