JAMMU, Dec 19: Annual Day function of Heaven’s Angels, a play way school and Heaven Kingdom High School was celebrated at Zorawar Singh Auditorium, Jammu University with enthusiasm and fervour.
On the occasion, Raman Bhalla, Minister for Housing, Horticulture, Culture and I D Soni, State Commissioner, Souts and Guides were the chief guest and guest of honour respectively.
Earlier the programme commenced with the traditional lighting of ceremonial lamp by the chief guest followed by Ganesh Aarti.
A bonanza of cultural and entertaining items was presented, highlighting the various festivals of our country. The toddlers stole the show with their well rehearsed and synchronized performances. Various items were presented by the students like bhangra, ballard, sufi dance etc.
Principal Mrs Renu Sachdev in her speech highlighted the aims and objectives of the school and threw light on academic and co-curricular activities.
The chief guest gave the academic prizes to the deserving students and cash prizes to position holder.
