JAMMU, Apr 12: Taking serious note of non-implementation of the judgment in premature retirement cases, High Court today directed the Commissioner Secretary, General Administration Department to produce any order from the Division Bench or appear in person on April 20.
The direction has been passed in various contempt petitions in which petitioners are seeking implementation of judgment whereby State High Court quashed premature retirements.
