HC stays termination of doctor

JAMMU, Feb 2: High Court today stayed the termination of Dr Rajeev Kumar and issued notices to Commissioner Secretary Health Department, Mission Director NRHM, CMO Jammu and BMO Bishnah returnable within four weeks.
The termination order No.261 dated January 19, 2017 was challenged by Dr Rajeev Kumar by filing a petition.
After hearing Advocate Abhinav Sharma appearing for the petitioner, Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir issued notice to Commissioner Secretary Health Department, Mission Director NHRM, CMO Jammu and BMO Bishnah and in the meanwhile stayed the impugned order.
