JAMMU, Feb 23: High Court has restrained Domana Police from filing challan in case FIR No.22/2018 registered against Amit Kesar under Sections 279 and 337 RPC.
After hearing Advocate Mohd Latief Malik for the petitioner namely Amit Kesar, son of Raman Kumar Kesar of Mohalla Jhullaka, Justice Tashi Rabstan issued notice to State through Incharge SHO Domana Police Station and Vidhur Kessar of Chak Dena Marh returnable within four weeks.
“Meanwhile, subject to objections from the other side and till next date of hearing, the respondent shall not file the challan. However, the investigation may go on”, High Court said.
