SRINAGAR, Jan 31: In pursuance of the recommendations of the Committee for High Court staff as approved by the Chief Justice, High Court has ordered promotions and placements of Secretaries, Bench Secretaries and Deputy Registrars.
According to the order issued by Registrar General, Anil Kumar Raina, R S Billoria, Syed Mujtaba Hussain, and Tilak Raj Sharma (all Secretaries) have been placed in the Selection Grade of Secretaries notionally with effect from 13.12.2016 and monetarily with effect from January 30, 2018.
P S Jamwal, Baldev Raj and Asif Iqbal Mahajan (all Bench Secretaries) have been placed in the Selection Grade of Bench Secretaries notionally with effect from 28.04.2017 and monetarily with effect from January 30, 2018.
Abdul Rashid Dar (Bench Secretary, now deceased) has been placed in the Selection Grade of Bench Secretaries notionally with effect from 28.04.2017. Joginder Singh, (Bench Secretary) has also been placed in the Selection Grade of Bench Secretaries notionally with effect from 19.07.2017 and monetarily with effect from yesterday.
Haroon Rashid Bhat, Ram Singh and Sansar Chand, Deputy Registrars have been placed in the Selection Grade of Deputy Registrars notionally with effect from 28.04.2017 and monetarily with effect from January 30, 2018.
Tarseem Kumar Arora and Satinder Singh, Joint Registrars have been placed in the Special Scale of Secretaries notionally with effect from 13.12.2016 and monetarily with effect from January 30, 2018.
Syed Tasaduq Hussain Qadiri (Secretary), after his placement in the Selection Grade of Secretaries has further been placed in the Special Scale of Secretaries notionally with effect from 13.12.2016 and monetarily with effect from January 30, 2018.
Durga Dass and Mohammad Yasin Beigh, Joint Registrars, have been placed in the Special Scale of Bench Secretaries notionally with effect from 28.04.2017 and monetarily with effect from January 30, 2018.
Nazir Ahmad Mir (Bench Secretary), after his placement in the Selection Grade of Bench Secretaries has further been placed in the Special Scale of Bench Secretaries notionally with effect from 28.04.2017and monetarily with effect from January 30, 2018.
Azad Ahmad Wani and Ghulam Mohammad Parray, Joint Registrars have been placed in the Special Scale of Deputy Registrars notionally with effect from 28.04.2017 and monetarily with effect from January 30, 2018.
