JAMMU: Governor N N Vohra today sought time bound action in the recommendations made by the Chief Vigilance Commission to the State Government in various departments.
Expressing concerned over the long pendency of the cases, the Governor, who met the CVC Kuldeep Khoda here at Raj Bhawan observed that he would early discuss with Chief Minister to see that the State Government takes time-bound action in regard to the recommendations made by the Commission.
Mr Vohra said that it will promote transparency and accountability in the functioning of the Governmental system and thus improve the quality of public services being delivered to the common people. (AGENCIES)
