JAMMU, Feb 15: Jammu East MLA & BJP chief whip Rajesh Gupta visited Government Higher Secondary School Mubarak Mandi today.
He was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Jammu Simrandeep Singh Besides, BJP leaders Karan Singh, Ravi Singh, Naresh Abrol, Suresh Bharti,Ved Parkash Padha, Subhash Rainan, P.C. Gupta, Rajinder Gupta, Kuldeep Kandhari, Hari Om Sharma, Rajesh Nischal, Chamanlal, Harcharran Singh, Sunil Sharma, Vishal Mangotra, Madan Singh and Sanjay Dogra also accompanied him.
Rajesh Gupta inspected the ongoing work started by him of renovation of Chemistry, Physics & Biology laboratories. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 51 lakhs.
In his address the MLA said that he has adopted this school and now he is working hard to convert this school into a Model School. The Mubarak Mandi school is a part of our Heritage and I assure you that this heritage school will be counted as the number one school in the Jammu area.
DC Simrandeep Singh while addressing the students encouraged them to excel in their studies and give their very best to do well in their careers.
