Gupta meets border firing, shelling victims

JAMMU, May 26: Secretary, Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Jammu, Gaurav Gupta today visited the temporary migrant camps at RS Pura, ITI College and met the victims of cross border firing and shelling.
He also distributed the fruits and other eatables among the dislocated families.
During his visit, Gupta appealed to the Centre and State Government for providing five marlas of land to each family living near the border areas as promised during last elections.
He also appealed to speed up the work of providing shelters and bunkers to the people who are living near the border areas and are the actual victims of cross border firing and shelling.
Gupta also lambasted the Pakistan for its coward act and condemned its act of border firing shelling.
