Gupta stated that who is responsible for the deaths of the yatris as was there no traffic personal on the route to check the condition of the roads.
Before the initiation of the Yatra it was assured by the Health Minister and the Department that the yatris are allowed only for registration after possessing the health certificates, then why 20 yatris have lost there lives due to the heart attack as those lives could have been saved with proper health facilities which unfortunately were not available, he added.
