Gulzar Hussain posted as DC Kargil

JAMMU, Jan 21: Gulzar Hussain, Additional District Development Commissioner, Kargil, who was  holding the additional charge of Deputy Commissioner Kargil, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kargil.
A formal order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department.
