Guest lecture organized at Bhaderwah Campus of JU

BHADERWAH, Apr 23: Department of Computer Science & IT, Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu, organized a guest lecture by  Sandeep Singh Salathia, South Head from Medi-Assist India Ltd & Gayatri Slathia, expert Psychologist from Mauritius.
Salathia. gave a talk on the topic “Carrier opportunities for technology professionals in health industry”. In order to enhance the productivity of an organization, mental and physical well-being of their workforce is very important, he said ,adding that Computer Science  & Information Technology was  playing a revolutionizing role in managing the health care of almost all the companies in the corporate world.
Gayatri Salathia  talked on the topic “Coping with of stress in personal and professional life”. She said stress is a common problem that is difficult to cope with and affects nearly everyone.
The experts from the industry also interacted with the faculty members of the department and discussed the future plans for jointly working for organizing such guest lectures on regular basis.
The vote of thanks was given by Dr  Abid Sarwar, Head of the Business School, Bhaderwah Campus.
