KATRA, Nov 29: Government Railway Police (GRP ) Katra has displayed honesty , integrity and professionalism by handing over gold ornaments, mobile phones, cash and other important documents to his owner.
At Railway Station Katra during the routine checking, the Police party found one purse in train Ahmedabad Express. The purse was containing gold ornaments, mobile phones, cash and other important documents. On this, a message was flashed to GRP Jammu and other territorial Police Stations and Police Posts. As a result of this, the owner of the recovered amount and other articles, namely Prakash Singh Lance Naik of Army, approached the GRP and after conducting the required verification, the gold ornaments, mobile phones, cash and other documents were handed over to him.
