UDHAMPUR, Dec 7: All J&K Linemen and Workers Union has appealed the State Government  to release the salary of 300 employees of TLMD III.
The appeal was made during a meeting of All J&K Linemen  and Workers Union,  held under the leadership  of State president,  in which  the issue of non payment of salary of the employees of TLMD III Udhampur  was highlighted.
The Union said that about 300 employees and their 1500 family members were badly suffering  due to the non drawl of their salary because of  the attachment of A/C No. 0028010200000078 of XEN TLMD III Udhampur by the Additional District Judge Jammu in a matter of litigation between K.E.C. Vs JKPDD.  The employees of the said department are not involved in case either directly or indirectly but they are being unnecessarily harassed by not disbursing their salary, the meet observed and appealed the Government to intervene into the matter and provide justice to the 1500 family members of 300 employees by disbursing their wages and also to avoid depression like situation among the affected employees.
