RAJOURI, June 23: Kandi police arrested a Government teacher for molesting a class 4th girl student.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by family members of a class 4th student with Police Station Kandi stating that a teacher attached in Government Middle School Kotranka namely Hardev Singh, son of Ram Lal, a resident of Kotranka molested their daughter, studying in class 4th in the same institution.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 71/2018 under Sections 354-A and 341/9 RPC and 9 POCSO Act was registered at Kandi Police Station. The teacher was arrested from a hide out.
