JAMMU, Jan 2: Government today ordered suspension of Dr Bhupesh Khajuria, Professor, Department of Forensic Medicine, Government Medical College, Jammu, with immediate effect, in terms of Rule-31(2) of the J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.
The order further said that the doctor shall remain attached in the Directorate of Health Service, Jammu, during his suspension period.
It is pertinent to mention here that Dr Bhupesh Khajuria was booked by Bakshi Nagar police in a molestation case on December 26 and arrested in the evening of December 30 immediately after his discharge from the ICU of GMC Jammu.
