REASI, Mar 26: Registering a convincing win over Government Higher Secondary School Salal in the summit clash, Govt HSS Arnas lifted the title trophy of the Volleyball Tournament, organized by IRP 1st Battalion Headquarters Reasi, under Civil Action Programme, here.
The teams from far flung areas of District Reasi participated in the Tournament and the participating teams included Govt HSS Arnas, Govt HSS Salal, Govt HSS Chinkah and Govt Gujjar Bakerwal Hostel, Talwara.
Prizes were distributed among the winners and runners-up teams by SSP TR Katoch and Deputy Commandant, Ravi Kumar Gupta-SP.
They also provided the teams with sports gear and sports kits under Civic Action Programme.
Officers and officials from the Department of Youth Services and Sports and staff from various schools witnessed the event.
The Tournament was held under the overall supervision of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Reasi, Dr SS Chib.
