JAMMU, May 15: The State Government has constituted a Sub-Committee to finalize modalities for sub-leasing land by the Special Purpose Vehicle to the Industrial units and Food Parks in Jammu and Kashmir.
The five-members Sub-Committee comprised of Administrative Secretary Planning Development & Monitoring Department, Administrative Secretary Industries & Commerce Department, Administrative Secretary Agriculture Production Department, Administrative Secretary Revenue Department ( to be co-opted as a Special Invitee) and Managing Director J&K SIDCO as Members.
The Sub-Committee shall be deemed to have come into existence with effect from February 26, 2014, says the Government order, issued today by GAD.
