SRINAGAR, Oct 22: N. N. Vohra, Governor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 53 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, has prorogued the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council.
The Governor approved the State Government’s proposal today.
