JAMMU, Jan 27: Governor N.N. Vohra has congratulated Prof. Kashi Nath Pandita, a veteran columnist associated with Daily Excelsior, eminent Persian scholar and educationist on being conferred with Padma Shri for his valuable contributions in the field of education and literature.
