Study of six Shastras, Upnishads, Valmiki Ramayan, Mahabharat epic and several ancient holy books written by ancient Rishi-Munis reveals that the base of world’s culture is eternal and everlasting knowledge of four Vedas. If we further pay our attention towards Rigved mantra 10/109/1,2 and Yajurved mantra 31/7, we find that in the beginning of every creation, knowledge of four Vedas emanates directly from God and if we study the above quoted vedic culture, we further know that in the beginning of creation, there was no learned person to give knowledge to human-beings like worldly matters-science etc., form of pious deeds and about the nature, deeds, divine power, knowledge of Almighty God and how to worship HIM (God). The learned persons were not there because it was a new creation after final destruction, without parents.
There is another fundamental, universal law -“Knowledge is only attained by an aspirant, when it is given by a learned.” So, in the absence of learned Acharya, ultimately, we will have to consider this vedic eternal truth in our mind that no one except Almighty God exists there, from whom the knowledge of four vedas emanates and had originated in the heart of four Rishis named Agni, Vaayu, Aditya and Angira, of the non-sexual creation. (Rigved mantra 10/181/1, 2 refer). This eternal truth has also been quoted by Yogeshwar Sri Krishna Maharaj in Bhagwad Geeta shlok 3/15 that-
“karma Brahmodbhavam viddhi
Brahmaaksharsamudbhavam”
Meaning- the form of deeds (karmas) originates from Vedas and knowledge of Vedas emanates directly from Almighty, omnipresent God.
It shall not be out of place to mention here that not India alone but the whole of world does not accept and hold the said, eternal and everlasting truth in daily life. But in the previous Yugas, for the period of about One Arab, Ninety six crore, eight lakhs, Fifty three thousand and one hundred nineteen years, the knowledge of four Vedas was in vogue amongst the people of the whole world. As a result, public was without tensions, fear, was happy, healthy, peaceful, rich, without any vices, used to deal with brotherhood with each other, no casteism, no dishonour of women existed and in nutshell, the public had long, happy life only due to the fact that knowledge of four Vedas was held by public in their daily lives.
Unfortunately, about five thousand, five hundred years ago, Mahabharat war took place. In this regard, Swami Dayanand Saraswatiji, founder of Arya Samaj, also states that after the said war of ancient Aryas, only women, children and old persons survived. Parikshit, son of great warrior Abhimanyu also survived, but he was not intelligent and therefore he was unable to understand Vedas- Shastras and holy books written by ancient Rishis, without which a king cannot rule properly and cannot give happiness and comforts to the public (Yajurved mantra 9/32 refers). Parikshit also had a son named Janmajey. Thereafter Vajranath also ruled. By that time, the sun of Vedas had mostly set down and all Indian glory was destroyed. The royal assembly (Rajya sabha), religious assembly (Dharam sabha) and assembly of learned (Vidya sabha) were destroyed, based on which, the king used to rule.
Now, only a King began to rule the public at his own discretion, in the absence of said three assemblies, which used to advise the king on political and other matters so as to serve public properly and to provide all comforts to them. But in the absence of said three assemblies, the king failed to give justice and look after the people properly.
The power of learned of Vedas and good charactered people, who used to frame rules to prevent sins and form legislation/regulations to govern the country; was totally destroyed. Learned of Vedas like Maharishi Vyas and Gemini no more remained alive. Tradition of attaining vedic knowledge, its consideration/reflection and tendency of holding the preach of Vedas in life by the vedic teachers, mostly vanished away. As a result, the system of one learned monarch with above quoted three assembilies for entire earth ended and the earth was divided into several small kingdoms.
Brahmins started lacking knowledge of Vedas and the ego/pride increased in them.
Now, the time came that for last 2000-2500 years, human-beings started making sects as per their own convenience. So, it concludes that to maintain the peace and happiness within public, we all will have to revert back to Vedas to hold it’s preach in life, to destroy illusion.
