KATHUA, Jan 21: Ghagwal Police today arrested a notorious criminal who was evading arrest and was declared an absconder by police.
He has been identified as Balbir Singh, alias Pamme, son of Yograj Singh of Ward Number 14 Kathua. Police said a case FIR Number 98/2012 under section 364/382/341/323 stands registered against him. Police said the notorious criminal was wanted in number of cases by Kathua, Lakhapur Police stations, besides Nagri Parole and Hatli More Police Posts.
