JAMMU, July 28: The Government today constituted General Council for the implementation of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Policy in the State.
Minister for Social Welfare will be chairperson/ president, Secretary Planning & Development Vice-Member, Secretary Social Welfare Department vice-president (executive), whereas, Secretary Health & Med Education, Secretary School Education, Secretary RDD, Director Finance SWD and Mission Director ICDS J&K will be its Members.
