Gaurav Pachnanda invited by COMBAR to become Honorary Overseas Member

JAMMU, Apr 27: Senior Advocate Gaurav Pachnanda has been invited by Commercial Bar Association (COMBAR) to become an Honorary Overseas Member.
COMBAR is the specialist association of the English and Welsh Commercial Bar representing over 1600 individual members and 38 leading barristers’ chambers. COMBAR members provide specialist advice, advocacy and mediation services in relation to commercial law and carry out work nationally and internationally with respect to transactions, arbitration and litigation.
COMBAR members form a cadre of international commercial lawyers with an unrivalled depth of experience. Honorary Overseas Membership of COMBAR is offered on a selective basis to lawyers who are practising in the commercial field overseas, outside of United Kingdom and are well-established in their own jurisdictions.
Son of the soil, Gaurav Pachnanda practises as a Senior Advocate before the Supreme Court and other courts and tribunals in Delhi, focussing on commercial and corporate litigation including domestic and international arbitrations. He is an alumnus of Jammu University (B. Com; LL. B.) and Corpus Christi College, University of Oxford (B.C.L.), where he was elected a Felix Scholar.
In the past, he has served as the Additional Advocate General for the State of Jammu and Kashmir before the Jammu Wing of J&K High Court and thereafter, in 2010, as  the Senior Additional Advocate General for the State of Jammu and Kashmir, at New Delhi for representing the State before the Supreme Court of India.
