SAMBA, Apr 16: The Minister for Industries and Commerce, Chander Parkash Ganga took a public meeting at Ramgarh and listened to public grievances raised by the border inhabitants.
On the occasion, people raised issues pertaining to road upgradation, regular transport facility, adequate school staff and widening of lanes. Ganga gave a patient hearing to the demands raised by public and informed that their issues shall be addressed on priority. He reiterated that Government was working with sole agenda of ‘good governance’ and urged officials to work with commitment and dedication to timely sort out problems faced by the border people.
Tehsildar Ramgarh, Preeti Sharma, BDO Ramgarh Mukesh Kumar Sharma, SDPO Vijaypur Abhishek Sharma and officers from PHE, PDD and PWD were accompanying the Minister.
Jungveer Singh Cheeku, district BJP president Samba, Keshav Dutt Sharma, Dharmpal, Narinder Sharma, Narsingh Dayal and others BJP functionaries were also present at the programme.
Pertinent to mention that Ganga convenes regularly monthly meeting with Ramgarh residents as part of public outreach programme and redress their grievances.
