JAMMU, Feb 27: In exercise of the powers vested in him under the Jammu and Kashmir Right to Information Act, 2009, Governor N N Vohra has appointed Khurshid A Ganai as the State Chief Information Commissioner.
Ganai’s appointment as Chief Information Commissioner of J&K shall take effect from the date he assumes charge of the post.
