JAMMU, Apr 10: The General Administration Department has impressed upon all the Administrative Secretaries/Head of the Department and Managing Directors of all the PSUs to provide complete posting details of the employees in original and duly countersigned.
The said detail should be authenticated by the concerned HoD/DDO/Controlling officer in original for enabling Vigilance clearance in one go.
It may be recalled that the GAD vide circular number 16-GAD(Vig) of 2014, dated 12-03-2014, had impressed upon all the Administrative Secretaries/ Heads of the Departments and the Managing Directors of all the PSUs to furnish complete bio-date along with complete posting details of the employees to GAD while seeking Vigilance clearance.
However, it has been observed that the departments invariably furnish photostate copies and incomplete posting details as a consequence proper scrutiny of records is hampered.
