NEW DELHI, May 15: Freight rates for nine-tonne pay load section remain flat at the local truck transport market in the national capital today following ample availability of trucks and restricted cargo movements.
Transporters said, limited cargo movements and comfortable availability of trucks held freight at overnight levels.
