Four hurt in accidents

Srinagar, Jan 16: Police today said four persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Valley.
A police spokesman said a Tavera bearing registration number JK01Q-6368 driven by Suhail Ahmad Baba hit a pedestrian namely Jalal-ud-din Rah Town Hall Awantipora in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district. “The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he said.
The spokesman said an Eon car bearing registration number JK01F-7221 met with an accident at National Highway near Chenabal village of Mirgund in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, resulting in injuries to three persons boarding the vehicle.
“All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he added.
