Fortune Hotel presents ‘Secrets of Our Kitchen’

JAMMU, Apr 4: Fortune Hotels presented ‘Secrets of Our Kitchen’, a food festival at The Orchid Restaurant, Fortune Inn Riviera, here.
Showcasing the best of Indian Curry’s & Continental delicacies, the festival will run till April 12, 2015.
The special a la carte menu features a variety of carefully selected vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices such as Sarson ki machhi, Hari mirch ki sabut machhi, Murg Badami, Murg Samosa, Chicken Supreme, Handi Kofta, Crumb Fried Chop and in vegetarian selection Rarrah Paneer, Amba kliyan, Ratatouille Nawabi, Takke Paise, Char Magaz Ki Katti Dal, Kaju Matter Makhana, Ratatouille Crepes and Asparagus and Mushroom Florentine.
Speaking on the occasion, Gaurav Singh Manhas, General Manager, Fortune Inn Riviera, said that “The Secrets of Our kitchen”, Food promotion will present food connoisseurs for entire ten days to savour the lip smacking Indian Curries and Continental delicacies.”
Located on the banks of river Tawi, Fortune Inn Riviera is a cozy retreat punctuated with all the contemporary requirements for the modern day traveler.
The Hotel is open for lunch from 12 noon to 3:30 pm and for dinner from 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm.
