JAMMU, Nov 22: Mehmood-ur-Rehman, Padam Shree awardee and former Vice Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University, called on N.N. Vohra, Governor, here at Raj Bhavan.
Mr. Rehman and the Governor discussed issues relating to higher education and the measures required to be taken to promote excellence in teaching and research in the State.
