“Our duty is like a war like duty and we have to face various risks. We have been requesting authorities earlier also to resolve our issues but nobody is paying heed to our problems. If the pay anomaly issue has been resolved in other departments, why are authorities turning deaf ear towards our issue. We are totally being ignored by the administration,” Nazir Ahmad Mir, State President of the Association said.
The protestors asked the government to resolve the issues, failing which a long-term agitation would be launched. They urged the authorities to accept their long-pending demands and resolve them immediately.
