JAMMU, Mar 15: Ten days Food Festival ‘Dasterkhan-e-Riyasat’, being organised by Cygnett Park Asia, Jammu at its multi cuisine Pavilion Restaurant, here.
“J&K has vast cuisine. We will try to serve all popular dishes, not only Kashmiri but also Dogri, Bhaderwahi, Ladakhi and other parts in well balanced menu at buffet. The idea is to explore maximum dishes at one go,” said Naresh Dabral, Executive Chef of Cygnett Park Asia.
According to the organisers it will be a lavish buffet dinner which will include Kashmiri kehwa, seekh kabab, tabak maaz, nadru churma, Dogri zeera paneer, kaladi kulcha, aaloo tikki, dahi bhalla, Ladakhi momos, tigmo with sapta and thukpa etc.
The other main delicious dishes include muj gaad, roganjosh, kaliya, maas kofta, daniwal korma, rista gushtaba, yakhni, Dogri khatta meat, tali machhi, murgh kanti etc.
There are many options for vegetarians also like Jammu Rajmash, Ambal, Niwada, haak saag, kadam saag, gogji nadir and dum aaloo etc.
Kashmiri phirni, various kind of barfi, kaadhas and other local sweets are also there, which will be followed by traditional loun chai.
The organisers said that their chef will be delighted to prepare each mouth-watering dish.
