Sir,
Notwithstanding the fact that the Government of J&K gave many assurances to various Govt. Employee Associations when they requested the Government, by submitting many memoranda to the concerned authorities of the Govt. regarding the regularization of approximately 65,000 daily wagers and other incharge employees of the various Government, PSU(s) but these employees have not been regularised as yet and the Govt. continues to give/issue assurances that the regularization process is under active consideration of the Government.
It is worthwhile to mention it here that most of the un-regularized employees have attained superannuation, many more are likely to attain superannuation and some have reportedly went to heavenly abode.
Therefore, it is fervently requested to the Govt. Of J&K , all the Administrative Secretaries and Heads of the Departments to kindly give practical shape to the assurances given/made by them by way of expediting the regularization process of these employees at an earliest so that they may get encouraged and work with more dedication, devotion, zeal and zest which will yield the best results, performance and revenue etc. which will be beneficial for the Govt. itself as well.
